- Additional cost: Pharmacy copay for prescription medication if you have insurance Rx benefits

2. **Therapy Plan:**
- Cost: $349 per month

- Includes: Four video sessions, unlimited messaging with a licensed therapist, personalized program using evidence-based approaches

- Additional cost: $149 per session for extra video appointments

 

3. **Psychiatry + Therapy Plan:**

- Cost: $399 per month

- Includes: Benefits of Personal treatment Plan, unlimited messaging, Two video sessions with a licensed therapist, personalized program using evidence-based approaches. Psychiatry+ Therapy Plan offers the most comprehensive care, combining both psychiatry and therapy services at a discounted rate compared to purchasing them separately.

At Unbound Health, you'll receive expert care from a dedicated psychiatric team, which may consist of a doctor and a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Your provider accompanies you every step of the way on your journey to wellness, from refining your personalized treatment plan to determining the appropriate timing for medication adjustments or tapering.

3. Care Plan Execution: Follow your personalized care plan, which may include prescribed medications, digital therapy, as well as self-care tools and strategies tailored to your pace.


4. Progress Monitoring: Keep us informed about your symptoms and any side effects, enabling your provider to monitor your progress. Follow-up appointments can be arranged for any necessary adjustments to your care plan.

5. Anorexia & bulimia
6. Borderline personality disorder
7. Autism spectrum disorders
8. Cardiac arrhythmia
9. Active self-harm or suicidal thoughts
10. Mixed receptive-expressive disorders
